IMA was founded in 1978 by three friends, Ivo, Mauro and Alberto, in the ancient ceramic town of Montelupo near Florence. All pieces are produced completely by hand, some requiring up to 12 hours of painting! The collection ranges from the smallest boxes and bowls to exquisite large wall plates, vases and urns.
